Tanggung Jawab

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in business coaching, management consulting, or a strategic leadership role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Experience working within the Jawa Timur region is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to professional development.
