Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement end-to-end HR SOPs and policies from the ground up.
- Lead the full-cycle talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee training programs, talent development, and succession planning.
- Conduct regular HR audits and provide insights to optimize workforce efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR management, with proven experience in SOP development.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record in leading successful recruitment drives and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and drive process improvements.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
