- Develop and execute comprehensive business growth strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to expand our market reach.
- Lead, mentor, and train the development team to enhance productivity and performance.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with potential clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine service offerings and positioning.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and business reports for senior management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in training and guiding team members.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into business intelligence.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-growth environment.
