Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and potential business opportunities within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Present products, services, and business proposals to prospective clients to secure new contracts.
- Analyze competitor activities and market data to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales efforts and promotional activities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (Sarjana Farmasi) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum GPA of 2.75 with a minimum accreditation level of "B".
- Valid Pharmacist license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data effectively.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
