Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand the company's client base.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, industry research, and cold outreach.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospect engagement to final contract negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine service offerings and positioning.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress against business targets.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian market landscape and professional advisory services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client portfolios effectively.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex business problems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
