- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the telecommunications industry
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key Telco stakeholders and partners
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to tailor solutions for Telco clients
- Prepare compelling business proposals and negotiate contracts with prospective partners
- Track KPIs and provide regular reports on business development progress
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in Telco
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market trends and customer needs
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM systems and business intelligence tools
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
