- Perform sales tracking and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Support daily operational follow-ups including client communications and pipeline management
- Assist in developing business proposals and presentation materials for key stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales teams to align business development strategies with market needs
- Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable insights to the leadership team
- Contribute to data analysis initiatives that inform business expansion plans
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales support, or market research
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics) and CRM systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build client relationships
- Strategic thinking with ability to identify market opportunities and growth areas
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal)
