- Execute strategic KOC/KOL outreach to secure high-quality partnerships across social media platforms.
- Manage and nurture relationships with influencers to ensure long-term brand loyalty and successful campaign delivery.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of influencer marketing campaigns, from initial contact to final content delivery.
- Track and analyze content performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and brand growth.
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and compensation packages with external partners.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and creative teams to align influencer content with brand voice.
- Monitor industry trends to identify new growth opportunities and emerging influencer niches.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital PR.
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse personalities and creators.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights from campaign tracking.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Familiarity with social media trends, algorithms, and influencer culture is highly preferred.
