Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute B2B client acquisition strategies to expand market share
- Identify, engage, and convert qualified leads into long-term business partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to customize solutions for client needs
- Track sales metrics and contribute to achieving monthly/quarterly targets
- Prepare compelling proposals and conduct effective product demonstrations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with C-level executives
- Experience in B2B SaaS, FMCG, or e-commerce industry preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
