Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B partnership strategies to expand market presence in the region.
  • Proactively identify and approach potential corporate clients for leasing and collaboration opportunities.
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, consultants, and developers.
  • Conduct professional presentations and negotiations to close deals and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and value propositions.
  • Prepare detailed business reports, forecasts, and project updates for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or partnership management.
  • Strong understanding of the property, construction, or manufacturing industry in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed ambitious commercial and financial KPIs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential for this role.
