- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies for premium spirits market penetration
- Design and implement innovative brand activation campaigns across experiential, digital, and traditional channels
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with distributors, retailers, and hospitality partners
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive intelligence
- Lead cross-functional teams to align brand initiatives with commercial objectives
- Manage brand ambassador programs and influencer collaborations
- Monitor campaign ROI and optimize strategies based on performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years in business development or brand activation within luxury FMCG/BEVERAGE sector
- Proven track record of executing successful premium spirits campaigns
- Expertise in market segmentation and consumer behavior analysis
- Strong negotiation skills with stakeholder management experience
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin advantageous
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM platforms
