Join Mitra Utama Agathon as a Business Development & Compliance Assistant and drive impactful growth while ensuring regulatory excellence. This 3-month contract position based in Gading Serpong, Tangerang (WFO) offers a unique opportunity to bridge sales strategy with compliance operations in a dynamic environment. You'll be instrumental in expanding our market presence while maintaining adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.
As a key player in our sales ecosystem, you'll support the identification of new business opportunities, conduct market research, and assist in client relationship management. Simultaneously, you'll monitor compliance activities, prepare documentation, and ensure all business operations align with legal frameworks. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills who can thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
- Assist in developing and executing business development strategies for market expansion
- Support client acquisition processes, including lead generation and initial outreach
- Monitor compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies
- Prepare and maintain compliance documentation and reports
- Collaborate with sales teams to align business activities with compliance requirements
- Track regulatory changes and update internal procedures as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years experience in business development, sales, or compliance roles
- Strong understanding of Indonesian business regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
