- Assist in preparing compelling proposals, bids, and tenders aligned with client requirements
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of business initiatives
- Manage and maintain CRM systems to track client interactions and sales pipelines
- Organize and participate in business meetings, conferences, and networking events
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, coordination, or marketing roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

- Knowledge of Philippine business landscape and Metro Manila market preferred
