Are you a driven professional with a passion for F&B expansion and strategic growth? PT Dewa Kopi Indonesia is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team in Tangerang. As we continue to scale our presence, you will play a pivotal role in identifying high-potential locations, conducting rigorous market feasibility studies, and spearheading the acquisition of new retail spaces.
In this role, you will be the face of our corporate expansion strategy. You will bridge the gap between market analysis and on-the-ground execution, ensuring every new outlet aligns with our brand vision and financial targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and evaluate strategic locations for new coffee shop outlets to maximize brand exposure.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and feasibility studies to assess potential ROI for new sites.
- Execute site visits and perform competitive analysis within the Tangerang and surrounding Banten regions.
- Lead lease negotiations with landlords and property management firms to secure favorable terms.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless handover of secured sites for store development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, agents, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on competitor expansion activities and shifts in local market trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, Property Acquisition, or Real Estate, preferably within the F&B industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in market feasibility and financial forecasting.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Deep knowledge of the Tangerang and Banten retail property market.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
