Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and market research.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-lasting professional relationships with key stakeholders.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to track performance against company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Negotiate contract terms and finalize sales agreements to meet revenue targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (at least 1-2 years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficient in MS Office and sales CRM software.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking capabilities.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English proficiency.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Manado region.
