Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the manufacturing and logistics sector in the Cikarang area.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client companies.
- Conduct professional presentations and negotiations to close service agreements.
- Collaborate with the operations team to provide customized logistical solutions tailored to client needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the logistics, courier, or freight forwarding industry.
- Strong understanding of the Cikarang/Bekasi industrial market landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM) and willingness to travel for client meetings.
