Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the local market.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high retention and growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads.
- Present company products and services to potential clients and negotiate deals effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Attend industry events and networking functions to expand the company's network.
Kualifikasi
- Proactive personality with strong problem-solving skills and a 'can-do' attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or the hospitality/F&B industry is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for the vegan lifestyle and sustainability is a big plus.
