- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities to drive company revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct professional presentations and meetings to demonstrate company solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with operational capabilities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine our value proposition.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Prepare comprehensive business proposals and negotiate contract terms to ensure mutual benefit.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a Business Development or B2B Sales role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all organizational levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market data into actionable business plans.
