Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new brand and merchant partners to expand our business ecosystem.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target companies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals tailored to prospective partners.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new partners.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, maintaining an accurate pipeline in the CRM.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in Indonesian and English.
  • Highly target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently in a high-pressure environment.
