Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new brand and merchant partners to expand our business ecosystem.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target companies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals tailored to prospective partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new partners.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, maintaining an accurate pipeline in the CRM.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in Indonesian and English.
- Highly target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently in a high-pressure environment.
