Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the IT consultancy sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and corporate clients.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Develop customized proposals and service packages tailored to specific client needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably within the IT/Tech industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
