Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B sales opportunities within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective corporate clients.
- Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and contracts that align with client requirements and company objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and engineering teams to ensure seamless project integration.
- Negotiate terms and close sales cycles to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Provide detailed market feedback and reporting to management regarding industry trends and competitor activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in B2B sales, ideally within industrial solutions, automation, or technical products.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry trade shows.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
