Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share in the Batam region.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential distribution partners, retail outlets, and HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe) accounts.
- Execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on competitor activities and changing consumer trends.
- Represent Bali Hai Brewery Indonesia at trade shows, events, and industry networking functions.
- Provide regular sales reports, market analysis, and feedback to the regional management team.
- Ensure high standards of brand visibility and product availability across all assigned territories.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong understanding of the local market landscape in Batam and surrounding areas.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under minimal supervision.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with CRM software.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle for field travel.
- Highly motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working in a dynamic team environment.
