Sumber Berkat Ingredia is currently seeking a driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Tangerang. In this role, you will be the bridge between our high-quality ingredients and the manufacturers shaping the food and supplement landscape.
You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, cultivating lasting relationships with industry clients, and ensuring our solutions meet the specific needs of food and supplement producers. We are looking for someone who thrives on building connections, both through professional phone outreach and impactful face-to-face meetings. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and prospect new clients within the food industrial and supplement manufacturing sectors.
- Execute sales strategies to expand market reach and meet monthly growth targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, from initial inquiry to closing the deal.
- Represent the company in face-to-face meetings, product presentations, and negotiations with stakeholders.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of client activities, meeting notes, and sales pipelines in the company CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical product information and customized solutions for client needs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Food Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in business development, field sales, or account management, preferably in the F&B or raw materials industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess a valid driver's license and have mobility to conduct client visits across the Tangerang and Greater Jakarta area.
