Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and target potential hospitality clients in Bali, including hotels, villas, and resorts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel managers, property owners, and decision-makers.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Present and pitch services to prospective clients to secure new business contracts.
- Negotiate terms and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to align strategies.
- Track sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or hospitality sales.
- Strong understanding of the Bali hospitality market and local tourism.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driving license is preferred for client visits.
