As a Business Development Executive, you will act as a key driver for our revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying high-net-worth prospects, building robust relationships, and delivering tailored investment solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and acquire new clients within the capital markets space.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-potential prospects through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations to educate clients on investment opportunities and portfolio strategies.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation to successful contract closure.
- Provide ongoing market insights and investment updates to clients to foster long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal analysts and investment teams to deliver bespoke financial solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in financial sales, investment banking, or capital markets.
- Deep understanding of investment products, market trends, and regulatory compliance in Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust with sophisticated investors.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- A self-motivated achiever with a high level of resilience and a 'hunter' sales mentality.
- Proficiency in CRM software to manage client pipelines and reporting.
