Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand the company's client base in the Bali region.
- Proactively identify and cultivate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations to explain our service offerings to prospective clients.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and industry expertise to effectively address client needs.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new partners to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements for our service delivery.
- Achieve individual and team-based monthly sales targets consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Proficiency in presentation software and professional public speaking abilities.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Willingness to travel and work within the Jimbaran/Badung area.
