Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand the Tridi business segment.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Actively source and acquire new clients within the designated target areas.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular engagement.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to prospective partners.
  • Monitor market trends and provide actionable insights to management for strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery for new accounts.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the logistics or food industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting aggressive sales targets.
  • High proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset toward business growth.
  • Willingness to travel within the Banten area for client meetings as required.
