Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand the Tridi business segment.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Actively source and acquire new clients within the designated target areas.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular engagement.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to prospective partners.
- Monitor market trends and provide actionable insights to management for strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery for new accounts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the logistics or food industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting aggressive sales targets.
- High proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset toward business growth.
- Willingness to travel within the Banten area for client meetings as required.
