Are you a strategic negotiator with a passion for retail growth? We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to spearhead our retail expansion efforts in the Jakarta Raya area. In this high-impact role, you will be the driving force behind our physical footprint growth, identifying high-potential locations and transforming them into successful retail touchpoints.
You will play a pivotal role in market analysis, site acquisition, and contract negotiations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the analytical mindset required to balance profitability with premium visibility. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct extensive market research to identify high-traffic, strategic locations for retail outlet expansion.
- Execute site inspections and feasibility studies to assess demographic fit and commercial viability.
- Lead lease negotiations with landlords and property management companies to secure optimal rental terms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Legal, and Finance) to ensure site compliance and operational readiness.
- Manage end-to-end documentation from Letter of Intent (LOI) to final Lease Agreement signing.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of potential sites and build long-term relationships with key property developers.
- Oversee the pre-opening process to ensure outlets are launched on time and within budget.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail site acquisition, business development, or commercial real estate.
- Deep understanding of the Jakarta property market and retail landscape.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in financial analysis and feasibility modeling.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Jakarta region for site visits and meetings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under target-driven pressures.
