Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with high-potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers.
- Develop creative campaign briefs that align with brand goals and ensure consistent messaging across all influencer content.
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and budgets with influencers to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights for future marketing activities.
- Collaborate with the creative and sales teams to align influencer content with current product promotions.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and influencer marketing best practices.
- Maintain a database of top-performing influencers and monitor competitor activities in the market.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Management, or Business Development.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven track record of building long-term professional relationships.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and generate analytical reports.
- Creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
