- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets for solar energy solutions.
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients across various sectors (residential, commercial, industrial).
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic planning.
- Prepare compelling sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer success.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Regularly report on sales performance, market insights, and client feedback to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in sales and/or marketing, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in renewable energy, solar power, or related technology sectors.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a significant advantage.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and highly motivated with a passion for sustainability and green technology.
- Residing in or strong familiarity with the Pasay City and Metro Manila market is a plus.
