Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
- Lead and oversee digital marketing initiatives, including campaigns and content strategies, to enhance brand visibility.
- Identify, cultivate, and manage high-value strategic partnerships and client relationships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales, marketing, and product goals.
- Present business proposals and reports to stakeholders to justify investments and track performance.
- Drive the sales pipeline by conducting high-level negotiations and closing deals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Management, or Digital Marketing.
- Proven track record of successfully leading market expansion and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
