In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our market growth, identifying and securing new opportunities in hotel management, property leasing, and strategic consultancy across key Indonesian markets including Yogyakarta, Semarang, Surabaya, and Solo.

The ideal candidate possesses a robust network, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to build long-lasting professional relationships with stakeholders. You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle—from initial lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. If you are a proactive hunter who thrives on meeting targets and expanding business footprints in the property sector, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in hotel management, property, and leasing sectors.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive market penetration strategies for Yogyakarta, Semarang, Surabaya, and Solo.
  • Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with property owners, developers, and potential corporate clients.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure service agreements align with company standards and profitability goals.
  • Conduct professional presentations and consultancy pitches to key decision-makers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our service offerings.
  • Provide detailed reporting on sales pipeline progress, forecasts, and conversion metrics.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, specifically within the property or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and business expansion targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong understanding of the property management and hotel industry landscape in Central and East Java.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned territories.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity.
