Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth and market penetration.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders, institutional partners, and potential clients.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure alignment with company objectives and legal standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Represent ASRI in industry events and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in business development, preferably within the real estate or property management sector.
- Strong understanding of the Jakarta property market dynamics and consumer landscape.
- Proven ability to manage high-level negotiations and close complex deals.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet ambitious KPIs.
