Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new high-end clients for bespoke crystal chandeliers and luxury lighting solutions.
- Manage and nurture the full sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to maximize revenue and profit margins.
- Collaborate with internal design and logistics teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, architects, and interior designers.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in the luxury interior design sector.
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record in Business Development or Sales, preferably within the luxury goods or high-end home decor industries.
- Strong understanding of the architecture and interior design market in Jakarta Raya.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
