PT X-Motors Internasional Group is a leading player in the automotive industry, and we are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Surabaya. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence in the automotive spare parts sector, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and distributors.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indonesian automotive aftermarket, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sales growth. You will be at the forefront of our expansion strategy, ensuring that our products reach the right markets efficiently while maintaining the high standards of quality and service that our brand is known for.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to increase market share for automotive spare parts in the East Java region.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business partnerships with automotive workshops, retailers, and fleet owners.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to final contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with the operations and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery to customers.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and market insights to the senior management team.
- Represent PT X-Motors Internasional Group at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales, specifically within the automotive spare parts industry.
- Strong existing network within the automotive aftermarket sector in Surabaya and surrounding areas.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive strategy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a significant plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
