Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand Erajaya's portfolio.
- Lead end-to-end project management for new business initiatives, from concept validation to full-scale deployment.
- Analyze business performance and KPIs for existing units, providing actionable insights for process improvement.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on expansion strategies.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitor analysis to anticipate industry shifts and consumer trends.
- Prepare comprehensive business cases, financial models, and strategic roadmaps for senior management review.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of new ventures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in business development, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into clear business strategies.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects with measurable results.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of proficiency in financial modeling and business case development.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia to interact effectively across the organization.
