- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals to expand the company's footprint globally.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align international sales initiatives with business goals.
- Prepare regular reports on market performance and sales progress to inform executive decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, with a proven track record in international markets.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, cultural nuances, and business etiquette.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and forecast market trends.
- Self-driven with a result-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
