Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to capture market share in international logistics.
  • Identify and prospect new clients across diverse industries, focusing on supply chain and freight forwarding needs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation and cold outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Conduct deep market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in logistics.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new international accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact sales presentations and proposals to C-level executives.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sales.
  • Strong existing network of contacts within the shipping or logistics industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets consistently.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting.
  • Ability to travel as required to manage regional client portfolios.
