Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to capture market share in international logistics.
- Identify and prospect new clients across diverse industries, focusing on supply chain and freight forwarding needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation and cold outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct deep market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in logistics.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new international accounts.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact sales presentations and proposals to C-level executives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sales.
- Strong existing network of contacts within the shipping or logistics industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets consistently.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting.
- Ability to travel as required to manage regional client portfolios.
