Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand PT ABLE REMITTANCE's market share.
- Identify and qualify new partnership opportunities, including banks, fintech aggregators, and distribution networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and corporate clients to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory shifts.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new strategic partners.
- Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and product alignment.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to enhance brand presence.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in Business Development, specifically within the Remittance, Fintech, or Banking industry.
- Strong understanding of cross-border payment flows, regulatory compliance, and local market dynamics in Indonesia.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and successfully close complex B2B deals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with a proven track record of identifying untapped market segments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory.
