Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new potential distributors and retail outlets (toko) within the sanitary and water heater market segments.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new geographic areas and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new partners to ensure mutual growth.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with distributors to maximize sales volume and brand visibility.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt business strategies effectively.
  • Conduct regular field visits to partner stores to provide support and ensure product availability.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to launch promotional campaigns and drive product awareness.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, channel sales, or a similar role within the building materials or sanitary ware industry.
  • Strong network of distributors and retailers in the Jakarta region is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driving license is required.
