You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, analyze market trends, and optimize customer acquisition channels. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and competitive analysis
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to attract target customers

- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform business decisions
- Create compelling proposals and presentations to convert leads into clients
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on KPIs
- Prepare regular reports on business development progress and market insights
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or marketing roles
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM platforms
- Strategic thinking with creative problem-solving capabilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
