Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive offline retail expansion strategy to increase nationwide market share.
  • Identify and qualify high-potential retail partners, department stores, and independent premium boutiques for brand placement.
  • Lead end-to-end partnership negotiations, from initial outreach and pitch presentations to contract finalization and store onboarding.
  • Coordinate with merchandising and marketing teams to ensure premium in-store brand presentation and promotional success.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market shifts, providing actionable insights to optimize the expansion strategy.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and manage relationships with key retail stakeholders to ensure long-term growth.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports and regional growth forecasts for executive management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or retail management, preferably within home goods, luxury retail, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven ability to penetrate new markets and expand distribution channels in the Indonesian region.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the capability to influence key retail decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to sales performance and market analysis.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to support retail site launches and partner meetings.
