- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand market reach within the mobility sector.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth areas.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, presentations, and reports to prospective clients and management.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics to continuously optimize strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within a startup, tech, or mobility industry.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving market growth.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Deep understanding of the Jakarta market and local business landscape.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
