As an intern, you will work closely with our team to identify and develop new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and support sales initiatives that drive our mission forward. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in identifying and researching potential B2B partners and new market opportunities.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contract documents.
- Help manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to streamline product delivery and service quality.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for business growth and process improvements.
- Maintain CRM records and track sales performance metrics.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns aimed at partner acquisition.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team setting.
- Passion for travel, sustainability, and community-based initiatives.
- Willingness to be based in Ubud, Bali for the duration of the internship.
