Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical field
- Minimum 3-5 years in business development or technical sales
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to explain complex chemical processes
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets in B2B environments
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with chemical manufacturing industry standards and regulations
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
