We represent an exciting portfolio of brands including Chicmore, Fadfad, Tendblank, Asaya, and Luxme, and we are looking for a results-driven professional to expand our influencer network.
In this Work-From-Home (WFH) role, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, contacting, and managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers across Indonesia. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect potential KOLs, influencers, and content creators that align with our brand identity.
- Conduct outreach and initiate partnership discussions via social media and email.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, and rates to ensure cost-effective and high-impact campaigns.
- Build and maintain long-term, professional relationships with our partner influencers.
- Coordinate content delivery schedules and ensure all assets meet brand quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future outreach strategies.
- Provide regular reports on partnership status and progress to the marketing management team.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, business development, or sales-related roles.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian influencer landscape across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian (and English is a plus).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a 100% remote setting.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win partnerships.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and standard digital collaboration tools.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
