As a Business Development Staff, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and enhancing our service footprint. We are looking for an individual who thrives on challenges, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a strategic mindset to navigate the complexities of the outsourcing industry. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized BPO solutions that empower our clients to achieve their business objectives.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the BPO landscape to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline, from initial lead generation to successful contract closure.
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the BPO or IT services industry.
  • Strong understanding of BPO service models, including customer support, technical support, and back-office operations.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
