Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the BPO landscape to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline, from initial lead generation to successful contract closure.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the BPO or IT services industry.
- Strong understanding of BPO service models, including customer support, technical support, and back-office operations.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
