Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within international markets, with a primary focus on Mandarin-speaking regions.
- Act as a key point of contact for international clients, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals, presentations, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to secure favorable deals while maintaining company profitability.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory to engage with our international partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Highly motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Excellent proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings if required.
