Are you a high-performing Business Development professional with a passion for retail expansion? FSC Capital Indonesia is looking for a dynamic Business Development (Store Development) Specialist to join our growing team in Jakarta Barat. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our physical footprint expansion, managing the entire lifecycle of store development from strategic site selection to final lease execution.
You will play a critical role in identifying high-traffic retail spaces within premier shopping malls, negotiating favorable lease agreements, and coordinating the seamless opening of new locations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the technical acumen to bridge the gap between real estate strategy and operational excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic retail locations within shopping malls across the region.
- Conduct thorough market research and feasibility studies to support expansion goals.
- Lead lease negotiations with mall management and property owners to ensure optimal terms.
- Manage the end-to-end store opening process, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, design, and construction teams to ensure brand standards are maintained.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with property developers and landlords to build a pipeline of future sites.
- Analyze store performance data to provide recommendations for future development strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail store development, business development, or commercial real estate.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian retail landscape and mall operations.
- Proven track record in successful site acquisition and high-stakes lease negotiations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and location mapping software.
- Highly organized, independent, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
