Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand market share.
- Build and nurture a robust B2B sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying high-potential leads.
- Lead and manage end-to-end contract negotiations to ensure favorable business outcomes.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations for prospective B2B clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales positioning and strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to align product offerings with customer needs.
- Mentor junior sales team members to improve conversion rates and sales performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Key Account Management.
- Strong understanding of market research, lead generation, and CRM tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex business deals.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable strategy.
